For LIVE courses or programs you can get a full refund without any questions before the first day of the course start date.
For self-study courses you can get a refund without any questions within 14 days of the payment if ALL of the following conditions are satisfied:
1) Less than total 3 hours of video content has been watched
2) No certificates have been issued
3) No exams have been started or finished
A 5% payment processing fee will be withheld from all refunds.
Courses provided with 100% discount (Free) can not be refunded for any value.
After receiving your return request we will process your refund to the original payment method. The amount will exclude a 5% payment processing fee. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of your request to process the refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your payment statement, depending on your financial company.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We can not refund to a different payment method other than the original payment method.
