REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund based on the rules provided below.
RULES
Please contact us at info@aiproductinstitute.com to initiate the refund process. The refund and amount depends on several factors. Please read the following rules carefully before the purchase to understand the process.

1) Courses provided with 100% discount (Free) can not be refunded or exchanged for any value.

2) If AI Product Institute initiates a refund for any reason then you will get a FULL REFUND without any conditions.

3) If you initiate a refund for any reason then the following conditions apply:

Payment processing fees:
Payment processing companies withheld processing fees based on the country of the transaction. PayPal, for instance, charges usually around 4% fee when the student makes a payment. Wise fees are usually lower. The amount can vary, please contact us for the exact amount of the fee. These payment processing fees will be withheld from all refunds.

Refunds for LIVE courses:
For LIVE courses or programs you can get a refund without any questions before the first day of the course start date with two conditions:
a) If you took one on one consulting sessions with an instructor before the course then the hourly one on one consulting rate of $900 will be deducted from the refund at hourly increments.
b) If LIVE course you purchased included a self-study course AND you watched more than 4 hours of self-study videos and/or received a certificate then the $799 self-study course will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds for Subscriptions:
For subscriptions you can get a refund before the start date if the subscription is for a program that starts at a specific date. If the subscription is for a product or service that starts with at purchase then a refund won't be issued. However, subscriptions can be canceled at any time to stop the payments for the future installments.

Refunds for Self-study courses:
For self-study courses you can get a refund without any questions within 14 days of the payment if ALL of the following conditions are satisfied:
a) Less than total 4 hours of video content has been watched
b) No certificates have been issued
c) No exams have been started or finished

REFUND PROCESS
After receiving your return request we will process your refund to the original payment method. The amount could exclude any amounts based on the rules above. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of your request to process the refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your payment statement, depending on your financial company.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
​
We can not refund to a different payment method other than the original payment method.
